If it’s January, I must be cleansing for Bon Appetit. Our food lover’s cleanse attempts to calibrate the perfect balance between mindful eating and pleasure. In: lots of veggies, fruits, seafood, and dark chocolate. Out: most refined sugars, starches, and, sigh, pork shoulder.
