
Last week was kids and eating week at Bon Appetit’s website, and of course, I put in my two cents, even though I am still stymied on the subject. My kids are still suspicious of new foods. And yet, I caught my son eating parsley at our rough and tumble seder this weekend, while my daughter made it up a steep hiking hill by nibbling on salmonberry blossoms. Could salad be that far off?
