Breakfasts are an important part of nutritious eating routine, Sara will demonstrate one of her satisfying recipes, Toasted Rye and Coconut Muesli with Apricots. She will also discuss her approach to lunches, which center on creative repurposing leftovers from the dinner the night before, and show one of her easy vinaigrette recipes, Sesame-Miso Vinaigrette, which can make even simple salads come to life.
Finally, she will make a typical dinner from the class: Lemongrass Shrimp with Mushrooms, Black Rice with Coconut, and Sautéed Pea Shoots.
